Another Felicity Jane Layout

Bear with me as I get better at photos.  I am playing with lighting and reading up on making pictures better.  Here is another picture of a layout I created with Felicity Jane's Charlotte Collection.  This kit I won was so much fun.  I still have somethings left.  Maybe I will create some cards.

Here is my daughter Grace -- sure do love her.

Felicity Jane Layout

I finally had some time to create a layout using the Felicity Jane I won.  It has the greatest colors and I couldn't believe all the embellishments that were in the box too.  I had a blast creating.  Thanks Felicity Jane.

A few Cards and Tags

I have been making a few cards and tags.  Multiple stamp sets, colors, and dies.  Thought I would share a few today.

Felicity Jane Contest

I won!  I won!  Can't believe I actually won something.  The box was darling, the packaging, but especially the contents.  Can't wait to scrap with this new line.  It looks fabulous.

Thanks so much Felicity Jane.

4th of July Doodlebug Banner

Here is my new decoration for this 4th of July.   I created it using Doodlebug's 2014 4th of July paper line Patriotic Parade.  I loved how one of the sheets of paper created a perfect background for my lettering to go on.  My lettering, pinwheels, and firecrackers were cut using my Silhouette Cameo. the stars and firecracker are by Lori Whitlock.   So thankful for my FREEDOMS that I have because of the brave young men and women who protect our country and those who led the way before.  God Bless America.

Birthday Layout

Trying to catch up on my scrapbooking this summer.  Love Echo Park's Hip-Hip Hooray Collection.  Created this birthday layout for some birthday photos I am behind on.  Love the bright colors and how the paper all coordinates.  It also coordinates really well with Bo Bunny Double Dot.  I used a little of this for the accents.  All die cuts are done with my Silhouette Cameo.

Father's Day Gift

I saw this saying on Pinterest and immediately new I wanted to make one for my husband.  The project was so fun for the kids.  Plus, I got to experiment with the silhouette heat transfer material.  The directions underestimated the time to apply the heat transfer, but in the end I was happy with my product.  I ended up cutting 3 grandpas and 3 dads in all. When my friends saw them they wanted one too.  Love my husband! (sorry for the horrible lighting and pictures -- it was raining the day I had time to do this.)

Echo Park Layout -- Notable Layout

I love Echo Park's Paper Packs.  I used the new Notable Collection to create the following layout.  The shapes including the arrows, camera, heart, and viewfinder were cut using my Silhouette Cameo and are by Lori Whitlock. Can't craft without it.

Mom and Dad Reversible Blocks

I created this next set of reversible blocks for moms and dads. It used two new paper lines for this year -- I am going to have to check back with the names. As always, my silhouette was used a lot. Got to love its versatility.

Happy Birthday and Enjoy the Ride Reversible Block Set

Created my next reversible set of blocks.  The birthday side used Jillibean Soup birthday paper.  Love this line.  The other side uses a new summer 2014 line.  I will check back in with the name -- used all the paper I bought. Letters and decor were created using my Silhouette Cameo.

Tattoo Me!

It was mustache day today at my kids elementary school. So I pulled out some Silhouette Tattoo Paper and got to work. I think they turned out great. This paper is so user friendly and works perfectly. My kids loved them. I used "mustache black", "mustache skinny", and "mustache" print and cut files from the Silhouette Online Store. I "Mustache" you. Don't they look fabulous?

Easter

At Heartland the other night I created this wood plaque for Easter. I had seen a similar one on pinterest, but I chose to embellish mine. It was a simple, fast, and cute. I put it on a piece of leftover wood. I am going to lean it on an easel when I make mine. This one will stay at the store. I used the Silhouette to cut the eggs, lettering, and flower. Everything is paper except I used white vinyl for the lettering.

Springtime Reversible Blocks

I have created my next set of reversible blocks for the Heartland Design Team. One side celebrates spring and the other Easter. I used Doodlebug's new "Springtime" line and Pebbles new "Garden Party"line. I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the letters and the flower and bunny. The flower file is called "flower" by Pebbles and the bunny file is called "bunny bum" by Sarah Bailey. I loved how it turned out. I added some various ribbon and a few Doodlebug Sprinkles for embellishments. I hope spring weather comes soon!

Family Pictures

We just got back our new family pictures. I love them. I decided to use the "heart lace" on my silhouette and create a background panel. I created my own saying with one I had seen before. I also used the "arrows" file to create the circular arrow up top. My favorite color is red so I loved playing with pops of color on this page. Sure love my family.

ALOHA

I was recently in charge of the decorations for my ward party. We had a Hawaiian Luau. I had a wonderful committee that helped me pull it all off. I created carpet tube palm trees, burlap stenciled tiki men, a pineapple palm tree centerpiece, an aloha banner, and a few other things. My good friends even built a tiki bar for the event. I used my silhouette to create most of it. I even cut the tiki man stencil with it. It worked wonderfully. The party was a great success.

These were my tiki stenciled men! I loved the flowers and bright colors around them.

This was my friend's tiki bar. It looked amazing. This picture doesn't do it justice.

St. Patricks Treats

Here are a few things I made for St. Patricks's Day. I saw some of the ideas on Pinterest and them tweaked them to my own liking. I created the digital tags with My Digital Studio by Stampin Up! Hope you are LUCKY this season.

Family

We had a geneology week at our ward for our YW/YM. My friend was in charge of some of it and asked me to create something that would tie in with geneology. We came across this quote and I new it was perfect. I used a shadow box frame from Michael's, My Mind's Eye Paper and Silhouette black vinyl.

Silhouette

I have been playing with my Silhouette Cameo a lot lately. I just tried out their new stamp material and loved it. It was so easy to do and I was surprised the intricate details you could cut out of the material. I liked using the new Stampin Up ink the best. The pads are spongier. I used the pattern rain boots file for the stamp.

I also love creating my own shapes. Cell phones are obviously huge in every way right now. I drew these shapes on the Silhouette Cameo by looking at my i-phone and then added a word bubble. I love the bright paper and how it turned out.

Catching Up!

I am trying to catch up on some of my scrapbooking. Grace and I were lucky enough to go to the last two Taylor Swift concerts. The first being clear back in 2011. I finally did a page about it. She was thrilled to get to go with her best friend. I used MME paper and my Silhouhette Cameo to cut all the shapes.  Speak Now!

Treat Sacks with Doodlebug

Here a few treat sacks with Doodlebug. Obviously played with Doodlebug a lot lately!

A Few More Doodlebug

Here are a few more things created with Doodlebug's Valentine's Line. Love it.

Doodlebug Valentine's!

Here are a few of the Valentine's I created using Doodlebug's new Valentine's line. Doodlebug paper always makes you smile when you see it. Love their pixies, the coordinating washi tapes and cards. Seriously, what is not to love! These cards are on display at Heartland Paper Company in Bountiful, Utah. Happy crafting.
